Twinkle shows the legs and feet of a woman as she tries on dozens of pairs of shoes. Like many of Fleury’s works, the narcissistic and fetishizing performance celebrates and criticizes consumer society, which defines itself by way of objects of value, and explores the aspect of female masquerade.
