Annika Eriksson (*1956 in Malmö / Sweden, lives in Berlin) works with video, photography, performance, and installations in public space. Her work questions perceptions of time, power structures, and obsolete visions of society. She initiates everyday situations, collective actions, and presentations that are manifested in video or film installations. Using minimal technical effort, long takes, and a fixed camera, her filmic works draw a transparent line between the documentary and the staged; reality and fiction.
